Really enjoyable course and I felt comfortable asking questions and answering questions. I liked how we related it to our roles at the EA and hearing other opinions and thoughts. I'll be practicing the techniques.

I really enjoyed the split into 3 sessions with the breaks in between. Good mixture of practical items such as participation, break out rooms etc.
