Good, but I would respond to and appreciate some variety. Case-studies, videos, etc.

Overall it was a very good course and Robert was an excellent trainer. I do feel like I will use the techniques and methods learnt today and apply to my role. Only issues were the slide pack sent before the course did not match up with the slides on the day.
