A superb world class facility, very impressive set up and very welcoming. I left feeling grateful and satisfied with what I have achieved at the Faraday Centre. Our lecturer was very knowledgeable and really helped by delivering the course in a way that all understood and felt comfortable when faced with switching operations. The content and materials was very good, apart from some confusion over our company's requirements, which highlights the need to standardise certain procedures and requirements throughout the industry.
