The environment is serene and friendly. The instructor is patient and excellent in course delivery. Hands-on was perfect. The training was successful with new knowledge acquired.

Mike is a great tutor, very knowledgeable on the material. He is also very approachable and if there was anything i was unsure about, he was happy to take the time to explain.
