Really enjoyable and informative. It has been nice to spend the day thinking about how our students think and learn and have time to develop resources and activities to improve their resilience. Some activities are already in place but they can now be better implemented or improved. Thank you very much.

Very helpful and useful, relevant to teaching. Not necessarily stuff I didn’t know from experience, but great to hear about the research behind it and gain more insight into why things we know work do work, and how better to use them in the classroom. Time available to discuss and implement was really helpful.
