Course content was good, Claire was very engaging and made the day interesting.. feel that this course would benefit sales staff not just duty managers

It is the first time I have attended a Zoom course when there was some much interaction between attendees and presenter. This did pose a few problems in terms of IT but these were usually resolved quickly. I think the Course presenter manged these situation very well without becoming stressed. We did cover a lot of material but I found the course very instructive and motivating. I learned new skills despite having attended similar courses in the past. I would recommend this course to other colleagues to attend. Thank you very much.
