I thought the activities were very useful as they gave me ideas on useful training methods and teaching aids. I enjoyed learning about behavior profiling and thought the tips on how to structure ( in particular starting and ending) training were good. Sam was very professional, engaging and had a wealth of knowledge to pass on. I would have liked to see some specific examples of good training presentations and practiced presenting a little more.
Laura is a beautiful speaker. I attended the similar course couple of weeks back but it's still refreshing to do one today. Thanks for your personalized approach.
Very nicely structured and paced course. Very beneficial and trainer was excellent to get us going. She was able to bring out what I wasn’t aware is already in me. I will definitely have more structure and better delivery in my teaching.

Excellent course in the constraints of virtual teaching. kept all candidates involved and helped and encouraged including the introverts to have a oppurtunity to speak. new teaching guidance and structure learnt
