Really useful talk about a range of ways to positively impact interpersonal relationships. I felt energetic and enthused afterwards. I would highly recommend to anyone in any stage of any career.

Thank you so much Laura for a really informative course which helped me to begin to understand psychological safety. I really enjoyed how you tied the various references in with examples and challenged our understanding by asking us to work together in breakout rooms. I especially enjoyed working with different people each breakout room to learn from a greater number of colleagues. Thank you for your tips and tricks, and useful phrases which will help us work as, and with team leaders, and ultimately improve patient safety.
It was a long over five hour course but every second was worth it; time well invested. Lessons learned will stay for a lifetime. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the team.
Generally, a well-designed course, that should be made mandatory for all team leaders, managers and administrators in the NHS. It was more participatory than I expected. The breakout rooms help in honest sharing of information and experiences and this enriches the productivity of this course
