On a topic where people might feel shy to contribute their opinions, it is important to prioritize their feedback or comments when they raise their hands.

Very interesting topic but too theoretical. Would have preferred scénario playing on the topic backed by some key principles.

The trainer was great - knowledgeable and softly spoken, and made everyone feel very comfortable

This was not a strong session. I could have been a half hour of dynamic engagement, but rather 2.5 hours of someone talking.
