Thank you so much Laura for a really informative course which helped me to begin to understand psychological safety. I really enjoyed how you tied the various references in with examples and challenged our understanding by asking us to work together in breakout rooms. I especially enjoyed working with different people each breakout room to learn from a greater number of colleagues. Thank you for your tips and tricks, and useful phrases which will help us work as, and with team leaders, and ultimately improve patient safety.

It was a long over five hour course but every second was worth it; time well invested. Lessons learned will stay for a lifetime. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the team.
