Amazing. I feel confident and refreshed in all aspects. Rachael was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Kirstie was helpful and made me feel at ease. I would highly recommend both trainers

Kirstie refreshed us on overall delivery of practical training delivery, she offered specific feedback and showed us techniques demonstration. Kirstie gave some specific techniques guidance on bespoke which in particular was better for the upper arm.

I appreciate how the refresher is personalised to our service, as we are able to discuss our young people in depth and the potential difficulties we are having. Kirsty and Andy have a wealth of knowledge that is evident with their teachings.
