Andy discussed the recent observations reports content and suggested improvements. Was very helpful to look at other ways to deliver refresher trainings to staff that have done it for many years.

As always great knowledge and understanding around the whole course from the RRN to how our setting works. Was given new and different ways to best support of staff when teaching the course.
