Very good refresher course by Kirstie and Jon. Good information. Will take the gingerbread activity away with me to use on other courses. Lovely to meet other people.
Today was great I learned some new things and new tips how to put a cross some subjects while training our staff. Both Rachel and Kirsty are very knowledgeable and very approachable. Thank you
Rachael and Kirsty are both lovely and knowledgeable trainers. Rachael’s bubbly bouncy persona compliments Kirsty’s calm countenance perfectly. They both have different teaching styles which were both easy to take in the teaching information. Hope to work with them both in the future.
Great refresher, learnt lots around mental health, which was an area that we needed more support with and this has definitely been the case
Really good around the mental health aspects and how to make a difference to those we support. We had focus on the different areas from theory to practical.
Good examples to support students with mental health issues. Good guidance around updates and paperwork. Kirstie was clear and friendly throughout the training.
Great refresher always good to keep up to date with any changes and learn from the other trainers, great teacher enjoyed the session
A really great refresher. Answered all questions that I had about my practice in an environment that felt safe and put me at ease. Kirstie is a great, lively and knowledgable teacher.

I found the course extremely helpful and reassuring. I was able to ask questions that has secured my understanding and knowledge of Sherwood PBS. Kirsty was very patient as I know I was asking lots of questions.
