I really enjoy Rachel's style of training she has a very good idea of what it's like to work in a SEN school due to her experience. Rachel is willing to listen to partisepants and always has good advice and a relevant story.

Lots of updating. Fast pace, but relaxed approach, allowing for questions and checking back. Open to discussion, but clear about what is ok and what is not agreed as accredited. Professional and approachable.
