Was very engaging and a good refresher of skills that we have been taught previously but have not used much so very useful to practice these and remind ourselves. The day was set out well and was very efficient.

Having to stay while others refreshed their level 3 skills when some of us only needed up to level 2 was really frustrating. Also very frustrating to know that this will Be the case for all my team members when they attend, effectively losing valuable clinical time.
