The training was really good and useful as always. it was a helpful reminder of all the techniques used during my support role

The training was good, it made me remember some of the intervention techniques to use when I'm faced with challenging behaviours and redirection does not work

The refresher course was very educative, I have recalled all the strategies I had not used for a while, Chantelle did well refreshing the theory and practical, I recommend all staff to complete this training
