Good to refresh memory on all aspects of course

Ben was Very confident and easy to understand. The theory was a really good insight to show the different stages to consider, who’s at risk, acts to think about. I liked the discussion involved and the experienced staff on the group were helpful. I was guided through thoroughly when needed correcting.
