Lee is the only trainer I have had that managed to make theory at 9am fun and engaging. The skills he taught will help me to improve my service users quality of life and also my own quality of life. Thanks once again Lee.

The content was incredibly informative and well-structured, making it easy to understand and apply in real-life situations. The instructor was knowledgeable, engaging, and supportive throughout the course, which enhanced the learning experience. I particularly appreciated the emphasis on practical strategies and the opportunity for interactive participation. Overall, this course exceeded my expectations, and I feel confident in my ability to implement Positive Behavior Support effectively. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of PBS principles and practices.

Knowledge I have gained has been incredible, I feel so much more confident in my practice now. I feel like I can keep myself and the children more safe in situations. Thank you

I have learnt lots regarding how to support the children to ensure that they are safe. I have been able to identify possible triggers to cause a child to leave their baseline and hit the loss of control.
