RRN Level 3 - Positive Behaviour Support & Physical Interventions Reviews
Mohammed I, 23 Feb 2024
Liam & Steve were both great trainers and the perfect trainers for the material they covered. They explained everything in such good detail and broke down content when it was needed. It wasnt boring and it wasnt long as most training courses do tend to be, however these guys both made it very interactive and engaging. I learnt a lot about PBS and Restraints and know what to expect in my line of work and how to deal with it.Response : Hi Mohammed. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. We are glad to hear you enjoyed the training and it is fantastic to hear that Liam and Steve was explaining the material and you enjoyed the delivery of this. I will be sure to pass your comments on.

Lee gave me an amazing understanding on PBS and how to apply it to services users lives. I would recommend Lee in future for anyone that is going to or is doing support work for a better understanding of what young people expect from staff for a better quality of life

I really enjoy the course, there was no judgement, the trainer was very friendly and did give us a sufficient amount of breaks. The course content was fairly easy to learn and there was no judgement if you got something wrong.
