Training was very really good and well talked through. Felt like it was done at a good pace and allow staff to ask questions between tasks before moving on and ensuring staff felt comfortable with each technique before moving on

Liam was fantastic trainer, hard to follow the theory just with PowerPoint and being quite long. But Liam made it interesting and not boring and showed the practical skills very effectively and checked everyone thoroughly. Provide lots of support and made me feel comfortable to ask questions

Great trainer, really appreciated Jack's approach and personal experience and anecdotes, engaging training style and very knowledgeable in the area. We were quite circular in a lot of the questions that we were asking him as a group and he was very patient, with thorough explanations. Absolute credit to your organisationResponse : Hi Mitch, that’s amazing feedback! It’s wonderful to hear how Jack’s engaging style, knowledge, and patience made such a positive impact. His ability to use personal experience and anecdotes must have made the training feel even more relatable and insightful. Sounds like the group had a lot of great discussions, and it’s fantastic that Jack was able to guide them with thorough explanations. He’ll definitely appreciate hearing how much his approach was valued!
