This is the best training I’ve ever had. Ben brought the training to life by constantly referring theory back to how we can use it in practice, day-to-day in our professional settings. I’m going away from this training feeling confident and empowered to put everything I’ve learnt into practice in my work place. Ben kept each and every person engaged throughout the whole course and even displayed good techniques in the group that we can then go on to model. Thank you for such a good course.

i really enjoyed attending the 3 day course! i felt it was excellent pace and use of time, it was well delivered, and good subject knowledge and theory for why it is used or may need to be used. the trainer Ben always had time to answer any questions asked and throughly explained it until we was satisfied and understood.

This course was delivered in a very real way, ive had pbs training before and i struggled to stay engaged, Ben was really informative and his whole demeanor was really positive and approachable to the point i was able to remain engaged throughout the whole training. Amazing Trainer
