Amazing course, delivers fantastically by Ben. The course was very well lead, interactive, informative and interesting. I love the PBS aspect being included in the physical intervention (I have never had PBS delivered alongside the Physical intervention, but it should be!). I would recommend this course to any organisation. It is by far the best physical intervention course I have undertaken (I have been trained in 2 others). This will definitely be the physical intervention I will do in the future and will encourage anyone to undertake this training.

I left the course with a much greater understanding of autism, challenging behaviour and how I can improve the service users life. It has also given me skills to de-escalate and manage challenging behaviour. I loved all Bens stories and training style.

The trainer is absolutely brilliant. She really knows her stuff and I feel very confident in all she taught me.

I think the course was really good. I learnt so much and really useful information. Natalie was very good at explaining and didnt care how many time the question was asked she made sure everyone understood before she moved on to the next thing.
