Outstanding course and trainer. Amazing course delivery with powerful examples linked to own experience and practice. Came away with a whole different viewpoint and thought process from both theory and practical sessions. Kirsty was informative amusing and powerful in the delivery , offering opportunities for professional discussion and debate.
Kirsty was very approachable. She is very knowledgeable about the interventions and explained the interventions as a Last resort. Which I agree as they are quite physical and I would rather I keep my service user on the baseline as much as possible. Kirsty real life examples really made it sink in as I could imagine it in my head which helped me understand better. She is experienced and confident in her teachings which gave me confidence too to do my work properly and safely
