RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,362 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

By far the most informative training I’ve attended! The skills we have been taught have been really beneficial. I was not 100% confident on restraint training but I have left here feeling more confident!

Absolutely brilliant course, every support worker and team should have to do this training, especially the arousal curve. Ben was really approachable, answered all questions and made us feel confident with our skills.
