RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,189 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Excellent training. I learnt a lot, Andy and Ben were very informative. Lots of physical which is how I learn best. Kind, considerate and empathetic trainers, credit to the company, really hope we meet again.

I liked it very much and looking forward to using some of the techniques and ideas. It made me both confident in using RPI's and also determined to do everything that I can to make sure I hardly ever have to use them. Having been trained in similar behaviour support strategies I feel that this was the best approach that I have come across, and very well delivered by the trainers.
