Kirsty did a very good job throughout the three days off training us and i feel like iv walked away with a lot more knowledge on restraints and diversions then when i first started

Found Kirstie to be an excellent trainer in what I would say were difficult circumstances. Many of the staff had no prior knowledge but some had lots and yet Kirstie made the course relevant to all experience levels. Her positive attitude was infectious and her knowledge and personal examples she gave really helped me learn. I have really enjoyed the course and at the start I was a little nervous being the only male in the group.
Enjoyable and very rewarding good experience
Really lovely lady taught us a lot and reminded me why I love my job and inspired me and learnt a lot.
