Very useful course on promoting positive behaviour support
Good course, covered everything I will need and was able to answer any of our questions or know who to speak to, to find out anything they didn't know.
Great course. Well aimed at the environment and work place. Clear and relevant information given and teaching staff were respectful respectful patient.
I felt like the course was very well put together. Each trainer was very knowlegable and explained the theories giving personal examples and what we are likely to see on the day to day. Reassurance by the trainers was excellent and allowing for ongoing support after training if we had further questions. Next time it would be nice if there were cake on the training days. The training was brilliant and I am looking forward to it informing my practice.
