Good learning curve for me, equipped me with new methods to promote positive behaviour and less restrictive last resort restraints. Trainer (Kirsty) is a brilliant teacher who has the patience and knowledge to successfully train others and looks good whilst doing so!

The overall of the training a the physical training Nyembani is understanding and breaks it right down for me to understand and is very tolerating when is asked to explain the moves again until we get them correct.
