Very informative. Nit only in the practical. But also in the theory, I’ve learnt lots of different techniques to use. Before having to go into a restraint. The trainers were both very helpful and willing to answer any questions asked.
Really enjoyed the course. I found this very informative and also enjoyed the breakaway techniques and the restraint techniques.
