Rachael has a very thorough understanding of her subjects and is able to pass this on in a patient, humorous and personalised manner. She is approachable and likeable.

Rachael was very warm and welcoming, ensured all participants felt included in the course and checked understanding throughout. Colleagues that had completed the course previously with another trainer, commented that Rachael explained the techniques in a far clearer way than the previous trainer. As a result they felt more confident practicing the techniques.
Chantelle regularly kept us engaged by allowing us to take breaks & come back refreshed , the course Is very extensive and it has made me feel confident In my position as a support worker & I feel ready to engage with service user and offer good positive behaviour support
