Excellent teaching skills involved everyone, in control of the team and classroom. Seems very knowledgable and that makes it easier to take in the information given to us.
I have fully enjoyed the course with a mixture of theory and practical. It was good to be apart of the session as well as learning strategies to teach the three day course.
Great teachers, made the course relevant to the role staff have applied for. They gave staff a good understanding of the behaviours they will see when they start their role and also a good understanding of why these behaviours will occur. I feel students were tested appropriately and given time to get the techniques right and extra support where needed. I am confident that the trainers have taught staff to keep myself ( an existing employee) and my colleagues safe. Matt did not teach but the he engaged well with the students, Fiona was very knowledgeable and made the course realistic.
It was Rebecca who did the training it was amazing training the best I have had in my care experience.

The course was very good intensive but very enjoyable both trainers was very clear and understandable
