Overall the training was exceptional, Kirstie was very knowledgeable she explore the risk and safety of this course. I learned that restraint is the last option and how to do a restraint safely. Learn more about communication skills and how to communicate with the individual when they are in distress.

Kirstie has honestly been absolutely amazing these past 3 days. Not only is she a lovely woman but she is so so knowledgeable on the course topic along with other areas and I have really learned so much. Gone are the days are of using the wrong techniques, I am incredibly proud that I have successfully passed this course and I am so glad I have now been be taught the correct way!
