Brilliant course. Deffo need the more hands on, Matt was fantastic felt like I learn so much more from him when he put some strength behind the training eg the restrictive measures / restraints ect. Helped when I could read some of it and had a good understand of what I needed.
Enjoyed the Course very much and learnt a lot of new skills. Knowledge has increased which is helpful. Only improvement I’d suggest is to slow down on the slides - I understand it’s a tight time limit but for me I need time to process the information in order to fully understand.
I found this course very helpful in my job. Trainers took their time and made sure we understand what they said and did before moving on to the next bit.
As someone with dyslexia I found it very easy to understand the material. Trainer able to answer questions and keep us on course/track. Was able to explain and help me understand words and phrases into context and help apply to working environment. Carol and nigel our other trainers have been able to help in the same way as well.
Really enjoyed the course, I have learnt a lot and feel more reassured in how and why to use the least restrictive option
