Clear and precise instructions, very informative and hood general over view.
Ben delivered the information in a clear and concise way which made it interesting and he held my attention which made the learning fun. I would definitely go on more courses with him as the instructor.

Absolutely brilliant trainer. Felt very at ease the whole course, and feel much more comfortable using these interventions now if necessary. Great sense of humour too and an enjoyable week.
