Fiona was brilliant, very enthusiastic which made us eager to learn the content. Workbooks have all the information needed however, would be better if information was made more vague so that it’s easier to remember. Jubilee hall was a great place for training as there was lots of open space for practical work.
Very knowledgeable. Very good at getting that knowledge across and keeping it interesting. Everything on the course was needed.
All good. Could do with more than a PowerPoint as tool due to my adhd I lost focus during longer talking periods.

Really well given training, can apply it and understand more about my service users with the help of this guidance. Fiona did great at the restraint training and showed us in detail and in a safe way which protects us and service users. Really good training Thankyou;)
