I am impressed and happy with how Shaun has delivered the physical interventions course through out the 3 days. As per finishing the training I know have more knowledge from this course and am now confident on how to act and what to do in a situation if physical intervention has to be taken, at first I wasn’t white getting it but Shaun made sure that at the end of it all I knew what has to be done. 😀
