RRN Level 3: Restrictive Physical Intervention reviews

4.9 (6,163 reviews)
AI summary of reviews

Practical, safety-focused learning is the course’s defining strength: attendees say it links clear theory on positive behaviour support, de-escalation, law, dignity and least-restrictive practice to step-by-step demonstrations, realistic scenarios and repeated practice. They value knowledgeable, patient and approachable trainers who use humour, lived experience and feedback to keep demanding subjects engaging, inclusive and easy to understand. The well-organised sessions build confidence that transfers directly to supporting children, patients and service users at work, although some find the theory lengthy.

Kirstie was a great trainer who showed brilliant enthusiasm and passion about the course. I feel that she explained and went through all aspects of the content thoroughly and in great detail. I really enjoyed her passion which kept me engaged through the 3 days. Thank you Kirstie and I look forward to hopefully doing my refresher with you!
