Excellent trainer felt so at ease, nerves disappeared within the first half an hour of the course. So much detail in the way tge course is explained and easy to understand. Andy is one of the best trainers iv every come across looking forward to the next refresher course

Course was conducted in an excellent manner, the trainer was full of enthusiasm and willing to expand upon all topics to ensure we understood the principles. The three day was enjoyable and made me reflect upon my practice and attitude moving forward. The trainer has made me aware of many areas I can improve.
