Andy is a very good trainer and is always engaging the students, he always give them the chance to speak up and ask Questions or stay behind and ask him question 1-1

This course has been a new way of thinking about how we work with our children in restraint reduction. The course director support instructor were fantastic and gave us the up to date information and the fact it was all evidence based made it even more Important that this course is delivered. I would highly recommend this course to any educational setting
