The PBS training the trainer delivered was very well organised, informative and engaging. The trainer explained everything clearly and used real-life examples that made it easy to understand. The sessions were interactive and I now feel more confident in applying what I have learned in my work. The training materials were helpful and the trainer took the time to answer all our questions. Overall, it was a great learning experience, and I really appreciate the time, effort and support given throughout the training. Thank you for delivering such an excellent course.

Really really helpful training. The breakdown of each breakaway training really help remember each one. Jack did amazing talking through any difficult questions. Mirandas lived experience has really stuck with myself. The detailed examples of different scenarios is really helpful
