The course was great way of learning new and valuable skills to take back into my role, i learnt a lot and was able to take it all in as it was presented well and it was well executed by both trainers Ben and Fiona were both very knowledgable and was able to to teach in a relaxed Demeanour

I wasn’t confident going into this job because I didn’t know much about it Ben and john did an outstanding job with the training I am confident now and ready to do support the explained in depth and answered every question I asked with details it wasn’t boring I stay focused and wanted to learn more from these experienced trainers they taught us in a fun and enjoyable way
