Enjoyed the course teacher was very enthusiastic and helpful.

I thought Gemma was excellent and although it was long she managed to engage us like pupils! I found the activities used were innovative and excellent and I will use them in my own teaching sessions! Thanks Gemma for all your hard work to keeping us going!!!😊😊😊

I found the course extremely valuable, easy to follow and the trainer made it interesting. He kept checking if we understood and allowed us to ask questions. I have attended Team Teach restraining training before, this has been way better.

I personally struggle learning through slides and someone talking at me. However we were all involved through stories and questions and the booklet is good!
