Jon and Ben gave a brilliant delivery of the course and kept us all interested through out the 4 days
Had Jon for two days of pbs he was very knowledgable funny and kept whole group interested Ben on third day also very good really good with teaching moves realistically I’ve done many years in care but this was best training I’ve had and feel I’ve really learned loads
John and Ben excellent knowledge of subjects, great presentation delivered to the highest level, good experience and fun to be on the course .
I had the first two days of the course with Jon and the third day with Ben. I found them both to be very informative and knowledgable and imported this in a manner that made it interesting and kept you engaged. At the end of the course I felt comfortable in being able to follow the steps involved in following a PBS support plan.
Both Ben and Jon have been excellent trainers
Has given me tools and more understanding to enable me to support members in a more positive and beneficial way.
