The course was very interesting and incredibly helpful. Learning about the arousal chart and a child’s baseline is something I will use everyday.
Nicola broke everything down in sections so I was easy to follow . Great teacher. I able to take back to my school and use.

The course covered every I feel I need to know to do my job safely. The trainer was excellent with a wealth of knowledge on the sector I work in. He made the course fun and interesting whilst imparting the knowledge I needed.
Only reason 3 stars for knowledge is because I have done this course before and already had a understanding of PBS…. But lots of new things also learnt Thank you
