Liam is a fantastic teacher and instructor. His way of I teaching is very effective. Positive Behaviour Support is a very good knowledge that will equip me to understand and care for my service users more effectively
I had a wonderful time learning and and had fun doing so. Liam was exceptional, really learnt alot and enjoyed it. I am in deed more confident now to use positive behaviour support at work and if need be physical intervention.
