Put at ease straight away, very knowledgeable
Lots of useful information mixed with anecdotes and examples made the course really interesting. Good pace, useful practical work and relevant to role and working environment. Well paced with time to answer questions and go over areas not so confident.
I really enjoyed the course. I believe Dan and Hannah both presented the information and practical demonstrations really well. I feel confident to take these skills away with me. Thanks Hannah and Dan

The Trainer way very clear to understand the course in the way he carried him self and how he gets the points across, by including examples of past experiences and how he has appdapted and helped the situation. Good clear well trainied and welcoming. Looking forward to anymore training in the future hopefully witll be the same trainer. Thank you Ben.
