Absolutely brilliant course very helpful Kirstie is lovely
I think this is the best training I have been on in regards of how to understand and to deal with behaviours. I feel prepared and ready to go into the workplace with the skills and techniques I have learnt.
Kirstie has been an amazing trainer as she has been supportive during the three days. She’s helped me with the physical restraint when I needed help.
Kirstie was absolutely amazing. I had many trainings over the past years working in care and never learned breakaways. Kirstie had an amazing attitude and was very patient. Absolutely recommend her and the training.

It was really good and the trainer was able to differentiate when teaching which made it easier to understand the course
