We are very please with our trainer Liam. For staff who are inexperienced, we were all given an insight with positive behaviour support both theory and actual training are proactive and best trainer we had.

The first two days wasn't for me, purely because I do the things, to which the theory days go over. This does NOT mean I wouldn't recommend the first two days as well as the whole course, as I believe it would be beneficial to others. On a whole the course was fantastic, and beneficial and insightful. The trainers was brilliant. Lots of enjoyment and energy and passion from them.
