I really enjoy the course. Great exercises and content. Learned a lot and a great refresher.

I enjoyed the course , Kirstie was very clear , i will not be using the restraint unless the citizen is in a life threatening situation ,i will be using distraction techniques and de escalation techniques , i have allready used the techinques at work the last shift i was on and it really did work to sort the situation out
