Liam Gemma and steve delivered to a very high standard and were very professional on delivering the training they engaged in the course as well as answering any questions we had regarding the course I recommend this training highly and will take what skills i have learned back to my workplace and apply when necessary also remembering only to apply restraint as a last resort
